We had to watch the movie Super Size Me in our health lesson in school and I can say that it definitely made an impact on the way that many of us viewed McDonalds and other fast food companies. He actually took an entire 5 months to lose the weight that he had gained from eating McDonalds for just one month. Anyone who loves McDonalds and other fast foods should definitely watch this movie as you are sure to change your minds after watching it. I agree.
